In this workshop we will focus on why it is crucial to know and understand those that are at the center of your products/services – your customers. We will compare your values (as outlined in the first workshop) to your customer’s emotional drivers.

For this session, we will be joined by an expert in the field of customer research Ana Kyra Bekš. She will introduce you to different tools for mapping and managing customer experience and engage you in practical exercises to uncover how you can connect to your customers.

Meet your guide

I help companies and individuals develop their branding and create meaningful stories. My digital, print and branding work has been awarded by acclaimed industry professionals and published in notable publications (e.g. ‘Designing with type’ by Laurence King Publishing).

As a certified brand consultant working globally, I guide companies to be able to creatively tell their story in the most professional and compelling way. I hold an MA from Aalto University, Finland. I’m also the Creative Director at Chipolo, a smart item-finder and Apple’s Find My partner. Looking forward to meeting you!
